This website is a wonderful example of the way that we can design sites with LOTS of content, but make it look clean and simple.

You will notice that the pages are easy on the eye, and everything is intuitive.

There are also some pretty slick registration forms, which are popular for churches and other organizations.

The most important thing, however, is that the Office Manager and Staff are able to edit the site themselves.  Sits like these change on a daily basis, and it is important that they are able to be updated quickly and easily.
